What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead primary-grade learning, coordinate curriculum or subjects, and apply my classroom and administrative strengths in a collaborative, growth-focused school.

I am a dedicated primary school teacher with progressive classroom experience across early years to upper primary, currently teaching and coordinating at IPH Schools since 2021. I deliver Bahasa Indonesia, English/PP, Mathematics, Religious Studies, and Art for multiple grade levels.

I have leadership experience as Coordinator for Grades 1–3 and as Subject Coordinator for Bahasa Indonesia/PP since 2023, and I previously taught playgroup and managed classroom cohorts with strong performance reviews. I consistently shortened probation periods due to demonstrated capability.

Before teaching I worked in finance roles handling receivables, reconciliations, invoicing, cash management, and teller responsibilities—building strong administrative, reporting, and stakeholder-communication skills. I have been promoted to permanent roles based on performance and reliability.

I pursue ongoing professional development in pedagogy, primary maths instruction, literacy, Cambridge Primary subjects, and Pancasila Student Profile projects, and I use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, email, and internet tools to design differentiated, active learning experiences.
