I am looking for a role that challenges me and allows for growth in cybersecurity leadership, with a focus on innovative risk management strategies.

I am a dedicated cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in risk management and IT security. As the Executive Director of Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management at Cleveland Metropolitan Schools District, I lead the design and implementation of a robust NIST risk management framework, ensuring the safety of our assets through a Zero Trust strategy. My role involves overseeing daily cybersecurity operations, incident response, and compliance with various regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA.

Previously, I served as a Senior Information Systems Security Technologist at Medical Mutual of Ohio, where I managed security event escalations and mentored junior analysts.
