At CS Automatisme, I centralize and analyze expenses by project and business unit to strengthen cost control. I also prepare budgets and financial dashboards to help anticipate financial needs and support management decisions.

I monitor receivables and payment delays, support collection, and oversee banking operations and bank account monitoring. I coordinate accounting and financial activities with the external accounting firm to maintain accurate financial records.

At Crédit Agricole du Maroc, I performed back-office operations using the SIOB banking system and reviewed financial statements. I also developed econometric models in R and conducted financial diagnostics and analyses.

At Carrefour Label'Vie, I processed inventory data from the GOLD system using Excel and contributed to assessing inventory management efficiency. I calculated and monitored inventory KPIs using SPSS statistical analysis.
