What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Compliance, GRC, Risk Management, or Internal Controls opportunity in financial services where I can apply my experience in larger-scale, more complex environments.

At Surgicap, I lead decisions across risk, contracts, clients, vendors, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. I’m the internal reference point for compliance and risk matters, supporting new business assessments and key decisions.

I built Due Diligence and KYC workflows, client and counterparty assessment processes, and payment audit controls. These efforts contributed to an approximately 85% reduction in delinquency and recovered approximately BRL 18,000 in unremitted payments.

Across Surgicap and Central Alinhamentos, I’ve formalized governance, financial controls, LGPD-related processes, labor and regulatory monitoring, and vendor due diligence. I bring a legal foundation and postgraduate specialization in Risk Management, Compliance and Audit to complex compliance environments.
