At Oracle, I work as an Oracle Apps and Fusion technical consultant. On the O2 Telephonica implementation and support project, I developed OTBI and dashboard reports, worked on OIC integrations, and supported data migration using FBDI and HCM Data Loader.

Previously, I provided technical support for Oracle Financial modules at Oracle India Pvt Ltd and worked on implementation and support for Central Bank of Kenya. My work has included BI Publisher and OTBI reports, Fusion role configuration, and resolving customer and user issues.
