I am an Information Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in systems analysis, IT auditing, and troubleshooting across education and private-sector environments. I have supported projects, translated client requirements, and resolved network and security issues while contributing to process improvements.

My background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Computing & Information Systems from Saint Mary’s University and practical roles such as Junior Systems Analyst, IT Auditor Intern, and teaching positions where I prepared curriculum-aligned materials and led both in-person and online instruction. I routinely use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, grading, and project tracking.

I bring a collaborative, student-focused, and detail-oriented approach to teams: I assist with systems design, draft clear communications, facilitate discussions, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
