At Tata Consultancy Services, I develop and enhance Java-based backend features for enterprise applications, delivering new functionality alongside bug fixes and production support.
I've also moved into supporting Pega-based enterprise applications, where I triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues while working directly with business owners to manage live defect backlogs.
I investigate recurring incidents through root cause analysis, coordinate fixes with development teams, and support availability, performance, and security concerns under SLA pressure.
Through my Collector Vault project, I built a Spring Boot backend with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA persistence, and JWT-based authentication to help users manage personal collections.
