What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my remote care coordination, telemedicine, clinical documentation, and quality assurance experience in a patient-centered healthcare environment focused on high-quality care, operational improvement, and collaborative clinical teams.

At 1st Care Management, I coordinated care, treatment planning, follow-ups, referrals, and home health, laboratory, and DME orders for more than 200 patients while exceeding KPIs across engagement, documentation, and follow-up activities.

I've also delivered virtual consultations and quality assurance reviews at Reliance Health, and led clinical operations, emergency response, reporting, and quality improvement at DAAR Communications Clinic. My medical practice combines patient assessment, clinical documentation, patient education, care coordination, and person-centered support across remote and in-person healthcare settings.
