I am a merchandising and sample coordinator with hands-on factory experience in knitting, production development, and quality follow-up. I completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Fashion Design and have practical internship experience in sourcing fabrics, trims, cutting, pattern, and washing processes.
In my current role I maintain customer SOPs, handle buyer communications, clarify comments, check dummy fittings, and guide bulk teams for brands including M&S and H&M, demonstrating strong coordination between buyers and factory teams.
