At Aarna Travels, I supported digital marketing activities to promote travel services and reach customers through online channels. I also created and organized marketing and business content, keeping materials consistent and up to date.

I maintained marketing and business records and performed data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word. I prepared simple reports and summaries in Excel and PowerPoint to support business decisions.

I communicated with customers and team members in English and Hindi, handling day-to-day coordination and follow-ups. I hold a Master of Commerce in Advanced Accounting and Advanced Statistics from Gujarat University.
