I’m a technology leader with 9+ years of experience leading enterprise software initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering scalable business solutions. I focus on bridging business objectives with technical execution while driving process improvements, team effectiveness, and organizational growth.

At Qodex / Healthrise (July 2022–Present), I lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications supporting QA Productivity, Accounts Receivable Management, and Patient Navigation operations. I provide technical leadership across sprint planning, technical reviews, architecture discussions, and release management, while partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and product owners to align outcomes with organizational objectives.

I’ve also driven tangible engineering improvements—transitioning outsourced development to internal teams to improve visibility, knowledge retention, and delivery efficiency. I established branching strategies and deployment governance to increase production stability and reduce release risk, and I lead modernization and performance optimization across multiple applications. I’ve even championed AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and software quality.

Previously, at Databolic Inc. (April 2019–July 2022), I led workforce management and operational business solutions by coordinating delivery timelines, requirements gathering, and long-term scalability planning. Earlier roles at MX Holdings US (April 2018–April 2019) and Westnet Inc. (May 2017–March 2018) strengthened my end-to-end delivery instincts, from architecture and requirements analysis to building mission-critical applications and administrative interfaces. I bring a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration to my engineering leadership approach.
