At iRely LLC, I maintain and develop client-requested features across Cash Management, Financial Report Designer, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets modules in an ERP application.
I provide L2/L3 production support for database, data, frontend, and backend issues. I investigate problems using SQL analysis, REST API inspection, debugging, and code review, and resolve about 3–5 tickets daily.
I work directly with clients and production environments to clarify requirements and deliver fixes. I also perform SQL data fixes and validation to maintain financial data integrity and support accurate financial reporting.
At Trend Micro, I completed intensive cybersecurity training focused on reverse engineering and assembly language. I analyzed malware behavior, including file handling and script-based malware, and applied de-obfuscation techniques.
