Electronically preflight carton and container artwork against customer specifications, referencing prior orders when possible. Applied correct print marks, bleeds, cutbacks, and in-register setup for accurate PDF and printed proof output.

Reviewed customer instructions and electronically assembled label images to meet specifications. Generated accurate PDFs and printed color proofs using workflows compatible with trapping and plating for label output.

Collaborated with buyers to gather product information for weekly ads, seasonal catalogs, and occasional web ads. Designed and color-corrected layered ad layouts, including logo recreation from scans or references and accurate prepress preparation with clipping paths and backgrounds.

Recreated and manipulated customer label images using a flatbed scanner, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Produced full-size proofs via imagesetters and printers and completed trapping for orders going to film while coordinating with customers to prioritize needs.

Recreated art orders in Illustrator to customer specifications and scanned/cleaned assets to match provided logos and images. Completed trapping and screen work, produced printcard proofs, used Ripscript to send polymer plate orders and output films, and verified accuracy through proofreading and checks.

Output images onto film negatives using Ripscript to send polymer plate orders onward and produced full-size proofs using imagesetters. Duplicated and spliced films to meet customer requirements, including using a manual distortion machine for prior-distortion matching.
