At Solar Vega Limited / Vega Properties, I generate tenant invoices, service charge statements, and rent billing schedules, maintaining 100% billing accuracy with zero disputed invoices.

I track rent payments against tenant ledgers, identify outstanding receivables, and send payment reminders and formal demand notices. I also prepare monthly account statements and maintain audit-ready billing and lease records.

I supported internal budget summaries and operational expenditure reports, and developed a structured digital filing system that improved document retrieval and departmental organisation.

For my independent Excel Budget Tracker project, I built a personal budget and expense tracking system using automated formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dynamic charts. I’m currently studying Accounting at Osun State University.
