Jacob O’Connor

I am a BBA in Finance student at Texas A&M University, blending foundational finance coursework with practical, hands‑on work experience. I bring a hardworking, service-oriented approach developed through roles in ranching, renovation, and small-business ownership.

I have led peers as Junior Class President and co‑owned a lawn service where I managed customer service and invoicing, and I’ve performed physically demanding roles including ranch hand duties, home renovations, and warehouse work operating a forklift. These experiences taught me responsibility, attention to detail, and team collaboration.

I volunteer annually delivering meals, coach youth soccer, and have supported local food banks, reflecting my commitment to community service. I am proficient in basic Spanish, office productivity tools, email and calendar management, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
