I also assist with checking quantities, contractor bills, and subcontractor claims. I support material tracking and reconciliation for cost control, and prepare project reports, cost summaries, and quantity statements.

During my internship with JKPDC, Civil Investigation and Design Division, Bemina, Srinagar, I conducted surveys for residential building layouts and assisted with layout planning, estimation, and costing.

I hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Government College of Engineering and Technology and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Ganderbal. My experience also includes road surveys, construction support, and training in geotechnical and foundation engineering.
