I’m an MS Dynamics AX/365 and Dynamics 365 F&O developer with 7+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions for enterprise environments. I focus on extending and customizing Dynamics 365 to handle complex business processes end to end.
I’ve led work across financial process automation, including improving dunning and collections, optimizing reconciliation for bank statements (including Direct Debit transactions), and fixing and extending debt collection, payment plans, and cut-off notices. I also build and enhance pricing and agreement processes to improve system performance.
