At Capgemini, I design and configure SAP S/4HANA security roles for the ALDI-SUED account across Customer Activity Repository, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Event Management, and Central Master Data. I also validate access updates and support testing and Production cutover.
For Capgemini's Adani account, I designed and maintained PFCG roles and handled user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments. I configured authorization objects and field values, then tested roles before Production deployment.
On Capgemini's National Gas account, I used SAP GRC ARM for SoD risk analysis and simulation, and troubleshot authorization issues with SU53 and ST01. I also conducted access reviews and documented configurations and troubleshooting procedures; separately, I developed Pet-O-Care, a pet healthcare chatbot using Python, RASA, and NLP.
