I’m a motivated, results-driven professional who’s reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic, with a strong ability to work well in both teams and independently. I’m adaptable to all situations and focused on delivering quality, authentic services.
My training is centered on legal support, with multiple Alison certificates including Legal Office Administration and Paralegal, plus a Diploma in Legal Studies and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies. I also strengthened my background with coursework such as Digital Safety and Security and Customer Service for Tourism Business.
In practical experience, I completed teaching practice at Kamukunji Technical Vocational College, where I handled planning and lesson preparation, supported learners one-on-one, and evaluated and recorded student performance. Previously, as a trainee at Sweet Lake Resort, Naivasha, I supported service and production tasks, guest requests, and housekeeping standards.
