At Pennymac Mortgage, I designed Snowflake ELT pipelines that bring loan servicing and mortgage origination data into curated data marts. I also built dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers, with tests and documentation for mortgage reporting.
I developed Azure Data Factory pipelines for daily loan servicing feeds and wrote SQL and PL/SQL transformations to validate and reconcile payments, escrow, and delinquency data. Snowflake Streams and Tasks supported incremental processing and Type 1 and Type 2 history tracking.
On projects for Ziraat Bank and NMB Bank, I worked with Snowflake warehousing, data ingestion, and production implementations. My experience also includes dbt transformations, Azure integrations, query tuning, and ETL validation.
