At Mphasis, I spearhead global label creation and generation for NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, delivering more than 100 product SKUs each month.
I review and submit 150–200 finalized labels monthly using Veraciti QC, maintaining QA scores above 98% and reducing labeling errors to below 1%. My work covers end-to-end artwork lifecycles, multilingual content, version management, variable-data validation, and global compliance with GS1, UDI, and GHS standards.
I also provide production support and root-cause analysis for critical labeling issues while partnering with SAP teams, manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, and Marketing.
Previously at Teleperformance Global Services, I supported global regulatory lifecycle activities, submission packages, post-approval changes, and variation submissions across EU, US, and international markets. I bring hands-on experience across pharmaceutical, medical-device, IFU, FMCG, and global packaging operations.
