What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to develop within an industry finance team and progress towards ACCA qualification.

At Ormerod Rutter, I prepare statutory audit working papers by reviewing financial statements, nominal ledgers, and supporting accounting records. I also test transactions and invoices against their documentation.

I carry out wages and fixed asset testing, analyse bank statements and cashbooks, and perform bank reconciliations. I discuss differences with clients and check draft accounts against supporting records.

As a Finance Intern at Hashim Designs, I researched company financial data and benchmarked cost structures. I built Excel models and Power BI dashboards to support budgeting and resource allocation.
