At Chakradhar Industries LLP, I lead procurement for direct and indirect materials, managing approximately Rs. 2–3 Crore in monthly spend.

I've delivered average procurement cost savings of 10–12% through strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier benchmarking, and alternate-source development. I've also developed more than 50 new suppliers and manage a network of approximately 70–75 active vendors.

I align purchasing with production requirements, consumption patterns, and inventory to avoid excess stock and prevent material shortages. I coordinate suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners to maintain reliable supply continuity.

I manage pan-India FTL and Part Load transportation, negotiate freight rates, and handle by-product sales including iron powder and iron scrap. I use ERP systems for procurement and purchase operations and Microsoft Excel for procurement data management.
