I've supported Baton Rouge General's quality team by auditing patient charts and conducting outreach focused on preventive care, reducing hospital readmissions, and preventing health issues.

As an LPN floor nurse at Neuromedical Center Rehab Hospital, I help up to eight inpatient rehabilitation patients daily regain independence after surgery or chronic illness. I administer IV, IM, and oral medications; provide wound care; manage bowel and bladder care; complete admissions, flowsheet documentation, and FIMS.

I've also cared for patients at Baton Rouge Rehab Hospital and a pediatric clinic, using EHR systems for documentation, billing, e-prescribing, and patient updates. I'm eager to return to quality care nursing.
