At Malmö stad, Serviceförvaltningen – Stadsfastigheter / Byggprojektenheten, I prepare cost estimates for municipal building projects and work on cost and climate estimates in early project stages.
I also carry out tender estimates, cost follow-up, and estimating work using tools including Bidcon, Wikells, Bluebeam, and Solibri.
At Dynacon Construction Blekinge AB, I estimated new-build and renovation projects, including hospitals, ambulance stations, housing, hotels, and schools. The tender sums I worked with ranged from 20–300 Mkr.
Earlier, at Altorath Consultant in Dubai, I led and developed an estimating team of 25 and was responsible for quality assurance of estimates for large international construction projects. I’ve also developed my own Excel-based tools for LCC and LCA analyses and am working on a web-based solution for construction cost and climate data.
