What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply GIS and statistics alongside rigorous quality assurance to turn data into evidence-based decisions, while continuing to develop my analytical capabilities across environmental and cross-disciplinary work.

I’m a results-driven environmental researcher with academic training in Biodiversity Conservation, Environmental Pollution Control, and Physics. I bring quantitative data analysis, statistical methods, and GIS experience to manage large environmental datasets and produce evidence-based insights.

In my QualityAnalyst role at CC33 Global Ltd, I audited customer service tickets for compliance with client KPIs and quality standards, maintained quality and compliance accuracy above 95%, and improved ticket pass rates up to 88% through coaching and feedback.
