At SKM Africa, I led audits for 18 manufacturing, NGO, and fintech clients with combined assets of KES 4.2 billion, overseeing risk assessment, fieldwork, and IFRS- and ISA-aligned reporting. I introduced standardized work papers and pre-issuance checklists that supported clean opinions within five days of final fieldwork.
I've also led tax health checks, VAT verification support, payroll outsourcing, financial reporting, and client training. My work has reversed more than KES 40 million in automated VAT assessments, supported successful tax dispute submissions, and helped clients improve accounting controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
