I seek a role where I can apply software development and operational IT skills, contribute to cross-functional teams, and grow technically within an agile, collaborative environment.

I am a Computer Science graduate with a strong academic record (Major GPA: 3.8/4.0) and hands-on experience in software development and operational IT support. I have built data-structure-driven projects in C++ and contributed to team software projects while applying skills in Java, Python, SQL, web technologies, and Agile methodologies.

In operations IT roles, I resolved technical issues at scale, reduced downtime, and managed ticketing workflows to improve efficiency.
