I’m currently in the final year of my B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, and I’ve focused on learning how to make farming more sustainable and practical for real field conditions. I’m passionate about applying what I study to improve crop quality and support farmers.
I’ve gone beyond the classroom with specialized training in organic farming and the seed certification process. I completed 15 days of organic farming training, including detailed work on vermicompost preparation.
I also completed 30 days of training in commercial seed production from Mata Gujri College, where I studied seed certification and the production of hybrid seeds. This experience strengthened my understanding of quality processes and responsible agricultural production.
Alongside my agriculture training, I build communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with people and processes. I’m looking to put my hands-on learning into agriculture work that helps farmers and promotes better crop outcomes.
