I am a Workforce Management & Integration Specialist with over five years of experience delivering UKG Pro/Kronos implementations, integrations, and Java-based backend development. I combine deep domain knowledge in HRIS, payroll, benefits, and WFM with hands-on technical skills to solve complex workforce problems.

I have led end-to-end UKG implementations, built secure WIM integrations with Oracle HCM and payroll systems, and automated accruals and year-end processes—reducing manual intervention by 80% at Fitch Ratings.
