I am a computer engineer specialized in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC experience across L1 and L2 operations, focusing on incident analysis, resolution, and escalation. I have worked on managing alerts, monitoring system health, and maintaining integrity and availability of services.

At Telefónica TECH I resolved advanced network and security incidents involving firewalls, SD-WAN, tunnels, and VPNs, performed configuration debugging and upgrades, and escalated complex issues to L3 and vendors. I communicated effectively with customers and internal teams to coordinate incident response and remediation.

My internships included designing security architectures using Wazuh and integrating perimeter protections like firewalls, IDS, and antivirus solutions, plus improving endpoint protection through threat assessments. I am Fortinet Certified and experienced with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiCloud, Infinity Portal, SmartConsole, Gaia, and Panorama.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and am completing a Master's in Cybersecurity, with practical focus areas in SD-WAN, IPSEC/SSL, IPS/IDS, ethical hacking, malware analysis, incident response, forensic analysis, and security auditing.
