I’m a Product Designer focused on creating user-centred web and mobile products that improve usability and simplify complex user flows. I combine hands-on user research with clear wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to help teams design solutions that are both intuitive and effective. I’m also committed to accessibility, applying WCAG standards in my Figma workflows.

In my Product Designer (Intern) role at EatNow, I designed a food ordering experience to improve meal discovery and streamline checkout across 15+ screens. Through 5+ user interviews and usability tests, I identified usability and accessibility gaps that informed navigation and checkout improvements. I simplified checkout from 6 to 3 steps, improved color contrast and readability using WCAG 2.1 (AA), reduced task completion time by ~30%, and decreased iteration cycles by ~30% by using Figma prototypes to validate direction early.

For a group project, I designed an energy-awareness platform (PowerWise) across 12+ screens, taking it from concept to high-fidelity prototype. I conducted 5 user interviews, developed user personas and user flows, and created a scalable design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency while supporting future feature expansion. Beyond product design, I’ve strengthened my research foundation as a Research Assistant and built empathy and feedback skills through teaching—both of which translate directly into how I collaborate and refine user experiences.
