Fehintola Peace
@fehintolapeace
Nigerian lawyer focused on litigation, corporate commercial law, and legal research.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Nigerian lawyer with foundational training in litigation, corporate commercial law, and legal research. I focus on producing accurate work—drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, and assisting senior counsel with trial preparation and case support.
In my recent role, I work within immigration law processes by keeping client files well organized, tracking application timelines, and following up on case progress to ensure things move smoothly. I also conduct legal research on immigration policies and procedures, and I interact with clients by responding to inquiries, providing updates, and offering guidance through different stages of the process.
Through my training placements, I’ve built a strong litigation and corporate practice foundation. At the Ministry of Justice (Gender and Domestic Violence Department), I conducted client interviews and supported victims through legal aid; at Akindelano Legal Practitioners, I reviewed corporate agreements and court processes, supported arbitration proceedings with detailed research and case analysis, acted as company secretary during board meetings, prepared minutes, and supported senior counsel in trial preparation.
I’ve also strengthened my specialty interests through an internship and publications that reflect my legal curiosity and research discipline. At Hilton Top Solicitors, I focused on Technology Law and legal innovation (including data protection, blockchain, digital rights, cybersecurity law, and intellectual property in tech-driven transactions), and I’ve published research on Alternative Dispute Resolution and human rights topics.
