I'm currently supporting CNOOC as an HSE Supervisor, overseeing contractor compliance, wellsite inspections, emergency-response planning, HSE reporting, and corrective actions.

Previously, I supported ENI Pakistan through Schlumberger as a Field HSE Specialist-II, delivering rig-site orientations, inspections, emergency drills, risk assessments, audits, incident follow-up, and HSE performance monitoring. I also coordinated rig moves and worked with crews and contractors to build a safer, smarter rig culture.

My experience includes HSE roles with ANTON Oilfield Services, Capital Survey on ADNOC projects, Sinopec Petroleum International Corporation for Saudi Aramco, and Proftech Leading Institute, where I delivered NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, confined-space, H2S, permit-to-work, and safe-system-of-work training.

I bring a Chemical Engineering background and focus on practical hazard control, regulatory compliance, safety communication, and continuous improvement across drilling, rig, plant, and oilfield operations.
