What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver security-first remote support, solve connectivity and software issues fast, manage onboarding, and improve support documentation for self-service—working with global teams that value clear communication and uptime.

I’m an IT SUPPORT AND OPERATION SPECIALIST with a Security-First approach, built through hands-on remote troubleshooting for 100+ users and maintaining 99% uptime. From FEB 2022 to 2025 at SHELL SPDC, I resolved software and connectivity issues using AnyDesk/TeamViewer, and I enforced corporate security protocols across devices.

I strengthen reliability and self-service by authoring knowledge base support documentation and reducing average ticket response time. I also manage digital onboarding for new staff—ensuring 100% setup completion—while clearly explaining technical solutions to non-technical corporate stakeholders.
