At Reckitt – DHL Supply Chain, I supported quality and operational compliance for pharmaceutical, chemical and FMCG goods. I investigated VAS quality issues, contributing to a 99% reduction in reported issues, and supported client and National Regulatory Authority audits.
I contributed to 99% stock accuracy across approximately 2,500 storage bins. I also coordinated operational Bills of Materials and worked with SAP and JDA warehouse management systems.
At Lucmed Pharmacy, I supported inventory operations by monitoring stock, maintaining records and escalating urgent shortages to the pharmacist. I also led VAS production activities and a team of approximately 20 personnel at Reckitt – DHL Supply Chain, and delivered training across approximately 15 stakeholder sessions.
