Eugene Obeng

I am an analytical and objective accounting professional with a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting with Computing and hands-on experience in public and healthcare finance roles. I bring strong proficiency in Tally ERP.9, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Zigloi Micro Banking, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a proven ability to prepare budgets, trial balances and financial records.

In my role as Assistant Budget Analyst at Bosomtwe District Assembly (NABCO), I prepared property rates and business license accounts, composed annual composite budgets and action plans, and produced minutes for budget and finance committee meetings. Previously, as an Accounts Officer during national service at St. Michael’s Catholic Hospital, I handled receipts, inpatient billing, stocktaking, cheque vouchers and cash books.
