At Poise Group, I lead the Poise Graduate Finishing Academy and the Poise Graduate and Communal Support Foundation, with responsibility for strategy, partnerships, governance and teams of up to 50. Our programmes have reached more than 50,000 young people, and 85% of our graduates are in employment.

I’ve raised ₦600 million in grants and contracts and work with development partners, companies and government. As a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, I also carry governance and compliance responsibilities; from 2022 to 2024, I led my Foundation’s team in drafting the Nigerian Workplace Gender Policy.
