I'm looking to lead finance, risk, tax, reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial operations while developing high-performing teams and strengthening governance.

I lead end-to-end finance and risk operations at Unique Reliance Concept Ltd, an offshore catering services company. I oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, treasury, tax compliance, external audits, IFRS reporting, and enterprise risk management.

Previously, I served as Chief Financial Officer at Medexpress Pharmacy Ltd and UK-Dion Investment Ltd, where I drove budget control, profitability, fund allocation, investment negotiations, financial statements, tax management, and operational oversight.
