At Enovix Malaysia, I lead experimental research on high-energy-density silicon-anode cells. I investigate cell performance and degradation through experiments, electrochemical diagnostics, and failure analysis, and support the transition of experimental materials and designs into manufacturing.
At OLA Cell Technologies Battery Innovation Centre, I led a team of eight engineers and scientists working on silicon-graphite composite anodes and lithium-ion cell development. We developed electrode formulations and cell strategies for LFP and NMC technologies, and translated laboratory findings into prototype designs and scalable manufacturing processes.
Earlier, at HPCL Green R&D Centre Battery Research Laboratory, I researched silicon-based materials, polymer binders, and electrolyte formulations for lithium-ion batteries. I also published nine peer-reviewed papers through my research at VIT University and have five patent applications spanning battery materials and cell technologies.
