In industrial heat exchanger manufacturing, I carry out final inspections and check products against technical drawings, project specifications, and customer requirements.
I document inspection findings and non-conformities in reports, including supporting photographs, and follow up on corrective actions with production and other relevant departments.
I also inspect fabrication and assembly quality, including weld appearance, sheet-metal components, sealing, and surface condition. I hold VT Level 2 and PT Level 2 certifications.
