Led day-to-day LPG plant operations and maintenance, including storage, transfer, dispensing, and mechanical systems. Coordinated preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and EPCIC project execution while ensuring HSE and process safety compliance.

Interpreted P&IDs, isometric drawings, and structural layouts for piping systems. Conducted hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing per ASME B31.3, performed visual QC weld inspections, coordinated NDT, and enforced PTW and LOTO safety protocols.

Supported daily maintenance of LPG piping, flow, and dispensing systems. Verified plant piping configurations against P&IDs, monitored pressure decay and leak test holding times, performed QC checks on joint alignment and welding fit-ups, and isolated process equipment using safety blinds and LOTO devices.

Interpreted electrical schematics per NEC Article 690, mounted PV structural tracking rails and solar arrays, routed DC and AC power cabling, executed insulation resistance testing per IEC 62446, conducted grounding loop safety tests, measured open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current, commissioned string inverters, and performed troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
