I led the Jamia Hamdard FACS Academy with Becton Dickinson India, delivering basic and master-level flow cytometry training across BD platforms and supporting clinical and research assay operations.
I've conducted immunophenotyping, cytokine, apoptosis, DNA cell-cycle, leukemia/lymphoma, HLA-B27, platelet receptor, and reticulocyte analyses, along with high-speed cell sorting and FlowJo-based data analysis.
During my doctoral research at INMAS, DRDO and VIT, I investigated gamma-radiation effects on erythropoiesis and developed protocols for radiation biodosimetry using fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Real-Time PCR, and Western blotting.
