What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead clinical education, faculty development, KOL engagement, and training governance in a healthcare or dental organisation where I can translate evidence into scalable, locally delivered programmes.

I've led orthodontic education, clinical operations, and digital Invisalign workflows at Stunning Dentistry in New Delhi, training a team of clinicians across 150–220 patients each month.

I established standardised Invisalign and CBCT-integrated protocols, coached clinicians on ClinCheck validation and treatment planning, and maintained training quality alongside departmental performance targets.

At MAIDS, I designed and delivered two national postgraduate training courses, taught and mentored students, supervised junior residents, and built university relationships. My academic work includes systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and more than 20 PubMed-indexed publications.

I'm a Platinum Invisalign Provider, Gold Medallist in BDS and MDS, and currently building commercial and healthcare strategy grounding through PGPpro at ISB Hyderabad. I enjoy turning scientific evidence and operational priorities into practical, locally delivered learning programmes.
