Donnang Lucress

I am a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree and approximately 4 years of working experience in a hospital setting. In my hospice role, I care for patients by administering medications, taking vital signs, and supporting immunization, while assisting in selected examination procedures.

I also work in occupational health, including company visits with the doctor to assess patients and take their parameters. During events, I provide ambulance coverage with the nursing and medical team to attend to emergency cases.

In outpatient and inpatient settings, I implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans to support effective patient management and health evolution. I apply the “five rights of medication administration,” monitor for adverse reactions, and educate patients and carers on conditions and after-discharge care.

I bring strong clinical assessment, communication, and careful monitoring skills—along with bilingual abilities and an ability to adapt and learn quickly. My training in care nursing supports my focus on observation, collection of clinical data, and designing personalized care that improves outcomes.
