What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance and taxation role where I can lead compliance, reporting, budgeting, audits, and strategic financial analysis while supporting business decision-making.

At Mathur Virmani & Associates LLP, I manage finance and taxation work for companies, firms, LLPs, and individuals, from financial statements to direct and indirect tax compliance.

I develop annual budgets, financial projections, monthly MIS reports, and variance analysis that help management track profitability, costs, and performance. I also conduct financial due diligence for corporate transactions.

I execute statutory audits and internal reviews, prepare tax audit and transfer pricing reports, and handle income-tax scrutiny assessments. My work includes DTAA and Form 10F documentation for international clients and FLA returns for foreign-company subsidiaries.

I independently manage GST audits, assessments, refund applications, TDS and GST filings, and regulatory reporting. Earlier at Jolly & Co. Chartered Accountants, I supported financial statement preparation, audit engagements, books of accounts, fixed asset registers, and ROC compliance.
