I've supported SAP Security and GRC Access Control projects for Jacobs Engineering USA and Wood PLC at Wissen InfoTech, securing access across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and GRC AC 10/10.1 environments.
I troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, SUIM, ST01, and STAUTHTRACE; create and maintain single, composite, and derived roles in PFCG; and manage user administration, role transports, access requests, risk analysis, remediation, and segregation-of-duties reviews. I also work with ServiceNow tickets, Onapsis vulnerability assessments, NWBC workflows, role-owner maintenance, and SLA-driven production support.
Earlier, I provided technical support for DXC and HPE environments and resolved hardware, software, application, and customer-request issues.
