What I'm looking for

I’m looking forward to contribute to a pharmacy team as a pharmacist, serving patient needs with excellent care, improving patients’ health, and supporting compliant, high-quality pharmacy operations.

I’m a pharmacist who focuses on serving patient needs through excellent care and clear communication. I bring extensive experience overseeing pharmacy operations while keeping quality, compliance, and patient safety at the center of every decision.

Across multiple retail and supervisory roles, I’ve been responsible for end-to-end pharmacy operations, including supervising general operations, processing prescriptions, and dispensing medications. I manage store inventory with an emphasis on efficiency and cost effectiveness, and I use that operational control to support consistent patient access.

I’m also known for strengthening pharmacy performance through sales and relationship-building. I analyze and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes, and I build strong relationships with physicians to increase referrals—while enforcing compliance, quality assurance, regulatory, and industry procedures.

In addition to retail leadership, I’ve worked as a consultant pharmacist and supervising pharmacist, reviewing electronic medical records and performing drug regimen review with recommendations to doctors for optimal therapeutic regimens. I also review Medication Administration logs, check medication carts and medication rooms for expired or discontinued items, and ensure timely adherence by nurses and physicians to important pharmaceutical recommendations.
