What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an inclusive teaching role where I can create engaging, learner-centred English or Foundation Phase lessons, adapt support to individual needs, and help children or adults build communication skills, confidence and independence.

I'm currently teaching English online with Carrot Tutors, delivering interactive virtual lessons for children and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I build speaking, listening, reading, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension through learner-centred teaching.

Previously, I taught Foundation Phase learners at Highbury Preparatory School and served as a Substitute Teacher at Everest Heights Primary School. I planned lessons, supported assessment and learner records, maintained classroom continuity, and adapted instruction to individual needs.

My Foundation Phase B.Ed. was awarded Cum Laude, alongside a Grade A 120-hour TEFL qualification. I'm also a SACE Registered Educator with OPIc certification and an ABET higher certificate.

I'm warm, structured and focused on creating inclusive learning environments where learners can participate, progress and gain confidence.
