At NY Water Taxi / Circle Line Sightseeing, I own GAAP-based accounting operations across three companies, supporting approximately $5M in monthly revenue. I manage the multi-entity month-end and year-end close, and reduced the month-end close cycle from 10 days to 5.
I manage billing, collections, and an approximately $2M accounts receivable portfolio, improving collections on receivables aged 90+ days by 50%. I also oversee accounts payable workflows for approximately 100 vendors and $2M in monthly payments through Bill.com and Ramp.
I’ve managed accounting platform migrations from QuickBooks to Sage 500 and then Sage Intacct, and led system integration and workflow improvements that reduced manual reconciliation time by approximately 20 hours per month. I also supervise and support a team of up to five employees.
